Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery Time
We process all orders for next-day delivery. Orders placed today will be delivered on the following business day. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and order volume.

Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery within Arvada, Broomfield, Brighton, Centennial, Columbine, Erie, Fort Lupton, Foxfield, Frederick, Glendale, Lafayette, Lakewood, Lochbuie, Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster, Wheat Ridge. If your location is outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us at info.inaflorist@gmail.com to discuss possible arrangements.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. If applicable, tracking information will be provided once the order is out for delivery.

Receiving Your Order
We deliver all orders by placing them in a secure location at the recipient's address, similar to standard delivery services. A signature or in-person acceptance is not required.

The safety of our delivery personnel is our priority. If our driver deems the delivery location unsafe (e.g., the presence of an unrestrained dog or an individual exhibiting aggressive behavior), we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. In such cases, we will not be able to issue a refund or redeliver the order.

Once the order has been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that may occur.

Quality Assurance
We take great care in handling and delivering our floral arrangements. However, please note that flowers are perishable, and their longevity depends on proper care. We are not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery. For any issues with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info.inaflorist@gmail.com.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes to orders or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the order has been processed and prepared for delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
